By booking a consultation or using this website (jyotishabhivyakti.com), you agree to the terms below.

The service

Consultations are Vedic astrology (Jyotish) readings offered by Dr. Swapna Palkar. They offer guidance and perspective. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and decisions you take remain your own responsibility.

Booking & payment

Prices are shown on the site at the time of booking. Payment is processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking).
A consultation is confirmed only once payment is received in full; the scheduling link and WhatsApp confirmation unlock right after payment.
Please allow 5–7 days after booking for a thorough analysis of your chart before the session is held.

Rescheduling & cancellation

To reschedule, please inform us at least 24 hours before your session.
Rescheduling within 24 hours of the session attracts a 25% charge.
A session missed twice is non-refundable and requires a fresh booking.

Refunds

No refund is available once the consultation has been conducted or the allotted time has been used.

How sessions are held

Phone call, WhatsApp video call, or Zoom, arranged after scheduling. Please arrive punctually; reminders are sent in advance.

Accuracy of your details

Readings depend on the birth details you provide (date, time, and place of birth). Please share them as accurately as you can; the quality of a reading cannot be guaranteed against inaccurate details.

Confidentiality

Everything shared in a consultation is held in complete confidence. See our Privacy Policy for how your information is handled.

Accounts

If you create an account, keep your sign-in details safe and use accurate information. We may suspend accounts used abusively.
